Our bruus are high in both acetic and gluconic acids which help to create a balanced, gut-friendly environment, supporting digestion and regulating pH. They're also responsible for giving our kombucha that signature tangy kick while maintaining an underlying sweetness.

Polyphenols

Powerful plant compounds found in tea, polyphenols are believed to support gut-health and provide natural anti-inflammatory properties. All our bruu's are made with a mix of organic green and black teas to provide a rich source of polyphenols in every glass.
