Bruusta makes kombucha brewing so much easier than I imagined. I love that I can keep topping up my glass all week, and the sugar content is lower than most store brands. The packs are really convenient. If I’m being picky, I’d say the flavor shots aren’t all my favorites I loved the ginger one but wasn’t as into tart cherry. Still, that’s just personal taste. The core product is a winner.

I was clumsy, but it turned out great! First it leaked. I wasn’t sure how it opened. Then I spilt the yeast. I let it sit two extra days and it was great. I can’t wait to try the raspberry.

Truly delicious, I made kombucha I. The past and had a bottle of pineapple kombucha explode. What a mess. This system makes it so much better!
Intense but not too sharp. With the ginger base kombucha it is quite powerful, you may want to warm up a little of the kombucha and have it as a tea remedy for days you are feeling a cold.

This base is deeply gingery and I love it. It’s very strong so if you don’t like ginger get the regular base, I never get colds I honestly think it’s partly, the ginger I drink as teas and in food, the kombucha with ginger will help me a lot this winter.
Plain booch is so good but adding a nice flavor s great too.
The kombucha is so delicious and freaks h! You will want to get the buddy too, so you never run out. We are making a batch each week so I am going to have to up my subscription for base mix and the little yeast package and purification powder that comes with the base. We miss it when we run out!
Amazing to be able to make my own incredible tasting kombucha at home so easily. I love the simplicity of the process, and the end product is better than most bottled kombucha on the market. This will become a firm favorite in our home!

I just tried Bruusta Kombucha and wow—it’s amazing! Super refreshing, lightly fizzy, and not too sweet. The flavor has that perfect tang without being overwhelming, and it feels really clean and uplifting to drink. Honestly, it’s become my go-to afternoon pick-me-up. It also looks great in the fridge. Highly recommend if you’re into kombucha—or even if you’re not yet!
