Love it overall, nothing to complain about because it makes brewing kombucha a no-brainer with respect to safety, timing, flavor, watchful waiting is taken care of, storage, etc. even the brew starters are fantastic and consistent in turnout, necause I don’t have to deal with the SCO. Just absolutely love it! Bought a second one, we’re virtually never out of bru! 😊

I’ve settled into a nice routine with it now. Unexpectedly, my partner who used to avoid kombucha altogether is now asking for a glass most evenings. Ginger has been my go-to so far, with the original close behind. Raspberry is next on my list to try. Also worth mentioning: I really appreciate not dealing with piles of bottles and cans anymore.

I didn’t expect to enjoy the process as much as I do. It’s not just about the end drink, the whole experience of brewing and it developing is really satisfying. Flavors are all good, and going to try their flavor shots soon. App is good, it gives you reminders in case you forget which day of the brew you are on. Enjoying it so far!
